Artwork Requirements
To enable us to produce the highest possible print quality could you please follow the requirements listed below:
- Artwork should be provided in a high-res PDF format.
- Any images used within the artwork should be 300 dpi resolution if possible. If this isn’t possible images can be unclear or blurred, please keep this in mind when using photographs etc.
- All artwork should be in CMYK format.
- Artwork should be scaled to the correct size. Standard sizes are as follows. Note the finished size as opposed to the artwork size allowing for bleed:

It will assist with the laying out of your artwork if you ensure that your Artwork is scaled to the correct size, please do not centre Artwork on an A4 page.
Important Note
If artwork is not shown in the above table but has colour that goes to the edge of the page (ie. full bleed-no white around the outside) ensure that you add a 2mm bleed to whatever your final size requirements are (ie. add 4mm to the width and height) prior to sending it through. Please ensure that any letters, barcodes or artwork is at least 3mm from the edge of the document once it’s trimmed to it’s required size (ie. if artwork is a full bleed A5 flyer which would be 148mm (w) x210mm (h) any artwork or lettering should be at least 5-7 mm from the edge of the artwork, this will ensure that once trimmed to required size any lettering, pictures or artwork will be 3mm from edge of brochure).
Provision of Artwork
Provide artwork either by email to admin@synergyva.com and attach your PDF if file under 3 megabytes. Alternatively, you can visit my website at www.synergyva.com and click on the Send this File menu at the top of the page for files over 3 megabytes. You are able to upload up to five separate files at a time if necessary.
